Distractions With the exception of using a necessary, vehicle control, anything that interferes with you keeping both hands on the wheel and both eyes on the road, while the vehicle is moving, should be avoided wherever possible. Holding food or a drink, messing with CDs or audio controls, personal grooming, etc., all carry potential risk -- not just to you but to those around you, too. |
